Bytware Introduces StandGuard Anti-Virus 6.0 with Support for Lotus Domino
Bytware, Inc. today released Lotus Domino support for StandGuard Anti-Virus, part of the latest release of its award-winning virus detection and cleaning solution powered by McAfee. Lotus Domino continues to grow as the standard for mail on IBM i (IBM Power Systems, System i, iSeries, AS/400 servers), and the requirement to scan mail natively is now, more than ever, a requirement too. StandGuard Anti-Virus offers native scanning of mail on IBM i, and with this new release has been expanded to include support of Lotus Domino. This new add-on feature gives users the ability to manage, scan, and clean Domino mail and databases residing on IBM servers.

Bytware Honored by American Marketing Association with Four ACE Awards
The AMA recognized Bytware’s marketing and creative efforts at the May 15 Reno-Tahoe AMA ACE Awards Gala with four awards. Last year’s I.T. Truths print campaign—seen in IBM Systems Magazine, System iNEWS, and COMMOM.CONNECT—received the top-level ACE award for Print Advertising Campaigns, while i5virus took top honors for Viral or Guerilla Marketing Campaigns and also won the Award of Excellence in the Web Marketing Campaign and Comprehensive Marketing Campaign categories.

i5virus Nominated for Webby Award, “the Oscars of the Internet”
